John Atwater

John Atwater is a Co-Founding Partner of Prime Finance and a member of both the Short and Long Duration Investment Committees.  Mr. Atwater founded Prime Group in 1989 and is Co-Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Prime Group. Mr. Atwater has been involved with all forms of property ownership, management and financing. A graduate of Brown University and Stanford Business School, he has served on a variety of for-profit and non-profit boards, including Montgomery Street Income Securities, Lone Mountain School for Children, The Hamlin School, The California Academy of Sciences (Board Chair 2010-2014), the Corporation of Brown University and the Policy Advisory Board of the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics, UC Berkeley.

Jon Brayshaw, Founding Partner

Jon Brayshaw

Jon Brayshaw is a Co-Founding Partner of Prime Finance and a member of both the Short and Long Duration Investment Committees.  Mr. Brayshaw leads the New York office where he oversees Capital Markets and Legal Strategy for the entire platform and focuses on New Business Development.  Prior to forming Prime Finance, Mr. Brayshaw was a Managing Director at Natixis, where he was involved in negotiating, structuring and closing commercial real estate loan transactions. Prior to Natixis, Mr. Brayshaw practiced law in New York at Kaye Scholer LLP. Mr. Brayshaw is a graduate of Bates College and the Fordham University School of Law.

Scott Douglass, Founding Partner

Scott Douglass

Scott Douglass is a Co-Founding Partner of Prime Finance, Co-Chief Investment Officer and a member of both the Short and Long Duration Investment Committees. Mr. Douglass leads the San Francisco office, oversees the Long Duration Strategy and focuses on New Business Development.  Prior to forming Prime Finance, Mr. Douglass was a Managing Director for Natixis, responsible for the pricing, structuring and execution of all commercial real estate loans intended for securitization. Mr. Douglass started his career at Nomura Securities as part of the CMBS group, after graduating with Honors from Brown University with a B.A. degree in Business Economics and Organizational Behavior and Management.

Steve Gerstung is a Co-Founding Partner of Prime Finance, Co-Chief Investment Officer and a member of both the Short and Long Duration Investment Committees. Mr. Gerstung leads the Chicago office and oversees the Short Duration and Asset Management strategies.  Prior to forming Prime Finance, Mr. Gerstung was a Managing Director and the Head of Distribution for Natixis, where he was responsible for the structuring and sale of subordinate debt. Mr. Gerstung started his career at Nomura Securities after graduating cum laude from Harvard University with a B.A. in Economics.

Dan James

Dan James is a Co-Founding Partner of Prime Finance and a member of both the Short and Long Duration Investment Committees.  Mr. James is also the Co-Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Prime Group. He joined Prime Group in 1992 and has been involved with all forms of property ownership, management, financing and development. A graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Business School, Mr. James also attended the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He serves on the California Apartment Association Leadership Council and is the past chairman of the California Housing Council.

Shawn Cully, Managing Director

Shawn Cully

Mr. Cully is a Managing Director in the San Francisco office and focuses on investment sourcing, credit and underwriting analysis, due diligence and investment closing. Prior to joining Prime Finance, he was an Associate at Fillmore Capital Partners, a manager of high-yield debt funds specializing in operating-intensive real estate. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Cully was an Analyst at Countrywide Commercial Real Estate Finance, working within the firm’s Structured Finance group. Mr. Cully graduated from Brown University with a B.A. in Economics.

Jared Slagle, Managing Director

Jared Slagle

Mr. Slagle is a Managing Director in the San Francisco office and focuses on investment sourcing, credit and underwriting analysis, due diligence and investment closing. Prior to joining Prime Finance in September 2011, Mr. Slagle was an Assistant Vice President at Wells Fargo in their Real Estate Banking Group where he spent four years. Mr. Slagle graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration.

Roy Bezkostny, Senior Associate

Mr. Bezkostny is a Senior Associate in the San Francisco office. Roy focuses on loan originations and credit and underwriting analysis. Prior to joining Prime, Roy worked as a Real Estate Investment Analyst for Read Investments, where he performed acquisition and asset management underwriting for properties throughout Northern California, Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Roy graduated with Honors from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Urban Studies and an emphasis in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics.

Raman Garg, Associate

Mr. Garg is an Associate in the San Francisco office. Raman supports loan originations with a focus on credit and underwriting analysis. Raman started his career at Prime Finance after graduating from University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Business Economics.

Michael Tripaldi, Analyst

Mr. Tripaldi is an Analyst in the San Francisco office. He supports loan originations with a focus on credit and underwriting analysis. Mike started his career at Prime Finance after graduating from University of Southern California with a B.A. in Economics.

Grace Yan, Office Manager

Ms. Yan assists the Originations team with due diligence and transaction management. Prior to joining Prime Finance, Grace was an executive assistant at TeamCo Advisers, LLC, a San Francisco based, privately owned and SEC-registered investment advisory firm. She worked closely with a number of senior executives in helping to manage the office, travel logistics, expense tracking and accounting, as well as scheduling, and other administrative duties. Grace holds a B.S. from the University of California, Davis.

Brendan Redmond, Analyst

Mr. Redmond is an Analyst with the originations team in the San Francisco office. Brendan started his career with Prime Finance after graduating from UC Berkeley with a B.A. in Economics.

Catherine Tatlock, Managing Director

Catherine Tatlock

Ms. Tatlock is a Managing Director in the Chicago office. Since joining Prime Finance in 2010, Ms. Tatlock has originated, underwritten and/or closed 98 investments for the firm totaling more than $3.0 billion in debt. Prior to joining Prime Finance, Ms. Tatlock was a Manager in the Credit & Underwriting group at Wrightwood Capital, a Chicago-based private CRE structured finance company. While at Wrightwood, she underwrote 27 transactions totaling approximately $500 million in debt and equity investments. Ms. Tatlock has also worked at PepsiCo in the Gatorade Commercial Finance group and at Deloitte Consulting as a consultant. Ms. Tatlock graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan Business School with a BBA and has an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Lauren Dieter, Managing Director

Lauren Dieter

Ms. Dieter is a Managing Director in the Chicago office and focuses on investment sourcing, credit and underwriting analysis, due diligence and investment closings. Prior to joining Prime Finance, Ms. Dieter was an Associate Managing Director at The PrivateBank and Trust (“PrivateBank”). In her role at PrivateBank, she managed a portfolio of distressed commercial mortgage loans and OREO properties. Prior to joining PrivateBank, she was an underwriter and asset manager at Anglo Irish Chicago Corp. Ms. Dieter graduated with Honors from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington.

David Perkel, Director

David Perkel

Mr. Perkel is a Director in the Chicago office. He is responsible for legal oversight for loan originations and asset management. Prior to joining Prime Finance, David practiced law at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and was a judicial law clerk in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Northwestern University School of Law.

Kyle McElwee, Vice President

Mr. McElwee is a Vice President in the Chicago office. Kyle works on loan originations focusing on credit and underwriting analysis. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with dual majors in Real Estate and Finance from Marquette University. After graduating, Kyle worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Financial Instruments, Structured Products and Real Estate group where he performed real property and loan underwriting analysis, due diligence and valuation.

Patrick Weisseg, Senior Associate

Mr. Weisseg is a Senior Associate in the Chicago office. Patrick works on loan originations focusing on credit and underwriting analysis. Prior to joining Prime Finance, Patrick worked at Pearlmark Real Estate where he was responsible for analyzing new equity and mezzanine loan investment opportunities, due diligence, valuation, and asset management. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa and a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Arizona. Patrick is a Certified Public Accountant.

Adam Mucha, Analyst

Mr. Mucha is an Analyst in the Chicago office. Adam works on loan originations focusing on credit and underwriting analysis. Adam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics, and in Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Prior to graduating, Adam interned at J.P. Morgan Chase where he performed market and cash flow analysis for multifamily loan requests within the Midwest.

Colin Mackintosh, Analyst

Mr. Mackintosh is an analyst in the Chicago office. Colin works on loan originations focusing on credit and underwriting analysis. Prior to joining Prime Finance, Colin worked as part of RSM’s Real Estate Valuation team where he was responsible for the real property and leasehold valuation of commercial real estate including office, retail, multi-family and industrial property types. Colin graduated from DePaul University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Real Estate.

Rosana Torres, Office Manager

Ms. Torres is the Chicago Prime Finance team’s executive assistant and office manager. She assists the investing teams with due diligence and transaction management. Prior to joining Prime Finance in 2017, Rosana was an executive assistant at GridLiance GP, LLC, the nation’s first independent transmission-only company, in Chicago IL. Prior to that, she worked at SunCoke Energy in Lisle IL in a similar capacity. At both companies, Rosana worked closely with several senior executives in helping to manage the office, travel logistics, expense tracking, calendar management, and various other activities. Rosana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Robert Morris University in Chicago IL.

Jeff Lehman, Managing Director

Jeff Lehman

Mr. Lehman is a Managing Director and is primarily responsible for structuring and negotiating loan originations. Prior to joining Prime Finance, Mr. Lehman was a Managing Director in the merchant banking group of BGC Partners, Inc. and Senior Legal Counsel at Hypo Real Estate Capital Corporation. Mr. Lehman practiced law at Sidley Austin LLP and Proskauer Rose LLP. Mr. Lehman is a graduate of Brandeis University and Brooklyn Law School.

Paul Oliveri, Managing Director

Paul Oliveri

Mr. Oliveri is a Managing Director in the New York office and focuses on investment sourcing, credit and underwriting analysis, due diligence and investment closing. Prior to joining Prime Finance, Mr. Oliveri was an Assistant Vice President within MUFG Bank’s Real Estate Industries Group. During his four years at MUFG Bank, he focused on structuring, underwriting, closing and performing due diligence on various transactions ranging in size from $50 to $200 million. Mr. Oliveri later joined the workout group to manage non-performing loans, working to maximize the bank’s recovery through restructurings, foreclosure and property management. Mr. Oliveri graduated with honors from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Finance and has an M.S. in Real Estate, Finance & Investment from New York University.

Benjamin Goldberg, Vice President

Mr. Goldberg is a Vice President in the Chicago office. Benji is part of the New York loan originations team and focuses on credit and underwriting analysis.  Benji holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Finance, Investment & Banking and Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin- Madison. Prior to graduating, Benji interned at Dominium Development & Acquisition LLC where he completed market studies and cash flow analysis of possible multi-family investments, he is also an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.

Alex Greenfield, Analyst

Mr. Greenfield is an Analyst with the originations team in the New York office. Prior to joining Prime, Alex worked extensively on Broadway as Associate to Tony-winning director, Doug Hughes, including on the world premiere and subsequent Tony-nominated Broadway production of Pulitzer-winner Ayad Akhtar’s JUNK: The Golden Age of Debt. Alex interned at Prime with the originations team throughout 2018 and holds a B.F.A. with honors in Theatre from NYU: Tisch School of the Arts.

Linda Hanxhari, Office Manager

Ms. Hanxhari manages the New York office and assists the investing teams with due diligence and transaction management. She is also involved in asset management and works closely with loan servicers, lenders and underlying borrowers on monitoring investment performance, updating reporting and tracking loan payments. Prior to joining Prime Finance in 2008, Linda was an executive assistant at Innisfree M & A Incorporated, a New York-based proxy solicitation firm. Prior to that, she worked with Prime Finance principals Jon Brayshaw, Scott Douglass and Steve Gerstung at Natixis Capital Markets in a similar capacity. At both firms, Linda worked closely with a number of senior executives in helping to manage the office, travel logistics, expense tracking and accounting, as well as scheduling, and various marketing-related activities. Linda holds a B. S. and an MBA from State University of New York.

Joseph Rodrigues, Analyst

Mr. Rodrigues is an Analyst with the originations team in the New York office. Joe graduated with honors from Fairfield University receiving a Bachelor of Science with a major in Finance. Prior to graduation, Joe held positions at finance and technology related companies.

 

 

Matthew Bregenzer, Managing Director

Matthew Bregenzer

Mr. Bregenzer is Prime Finance’s Managing Director of Asset Management responsible for the ongoing asset management and servicing of Prime Finance’s loan portfolio. Prior to joining Prime Finance, Mr. Bregenzer was a Vice President at Nomura Credit & Capital, Inc (“Nomura”). In his role as head underwriter for the Midwest region, he was responsible for managing a team of analysts to underwrite commercial real estate loans for securitization or to be placed on the firm’s balance sheet. In addition to overseeing the due diligence process, he also coordinated the loan closing process with Nomura’s closing staff and outside counsel. Prior to joining Nomura, Mr. Bregenzer was an underwriter in LaSalle Bank’s Real Estate Capital Markets’ Large Loan Group where his responsibilities included rating agency and B-Piece buyer relations. Mr. Bregenzer is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington.

David Godin, Vice President

Mr. Godin is a Vice President and Asset Manager in the Chicago office. He graduated in 2012 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Finance, Investments, Banking, Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. He has prior internship experience with Dominium Development and Acquisition, doing underwriting, cash flow analysis and market studies for affordable multifamily deals.

Jake Fiorino, Senior Associate

Mr. Fiorino is a Senior Associate and Asset Manager in the Chicago office. Prior to joining Prime, Jake worked with a regional brokerage and development firm focusing on the leasing and underwriting of retail assets. Jake is a graduate of Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate and Finance. 

George Sieverding, Senior Associate

Mr. Sieverding is a Senior Associate and Asset Manager in the Chicago office. He graduated in 2013 from Arizona State University receiving his Bachelor of Science in Finance. Prior to graduating, George interned with Prime Residential in Los Angeles and Vallejo, California.

Jake Aronson, Associate, Asset Management

Mr. Aronson is an Associate and Asset Manager in the Chicago office. Prior to joining Prime, he interned at two real estate investment trusts in San Francisco and New York. Jake is a graduate of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Finance. 

Jay Weber, Analyst

Mr. Weber is an Analyst with the Asset Management team in the Chicago office. Jay started his career with Prime Finance after graduating from Indiana University in 2019 as a member of the Hutton Honors College with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate. Prior to graduation, Jay had internships in Real Estate Finance and Corporate Finance.

Lyndsay Stephenson, Director

Lyndsay Stephenson

Ms. Stephenson is a Director in Prime Finance’s CMBS Investments group. Prior to joining Prime, Ms. Stephenson was a Vice President at Starwood Mortgage Capital in its credit and underwriting group. During her five-year tenure at Starwood, Ms. Stephenson underwrote over 140 CMBS loans with an aggregate face value of $1.65 billion. Prior to Starwood, Ms. Stephenson spent five years working at RREEF America, L.L.C., where she was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and asset managing mezzanine and B-note investments for transitional properties. Ms. Stephenson began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she was involved with the valuation of regional shopping malls. Ms. Stephenson graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Real Estate and Urban Economic Studies.

Stephen Chow, Managing Director

Stephen Chow

Mr. Chow is a Managing Director with joint responsibility for Prime Finance’s financing and capital markets activity including overseeing the financing of the Fund’s assets, facilitating joint ventures and structuring participation and senior/subordinate investments. In addition, Mr. Chow supports Prime Finance’s CMBS investment activities and oversees the structuring, modeling and analytics functions across the platform. Prior to joining Prime Finance, Mr. Chow was a Portfolio Manager at UBS, responsible for the trading, surveillance, and risk management of a multi-billion portfolio consisting of cash and synthetic CMBS, CRE CDO, Esoteric ABS, Insurance-Linked, and ABS CDO securities. Prior to this role, he held various trading, structuring, banking, and research roles within the Securitized Products Groups at UBS and Credit Suisse. Mr. Chow graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Economics.

Erik Gutman, Managing Director

Erik Gutman

Mr. Gutman is a Managing Director with joint responsibility for Prime Finance’s financing and capital markets activity including overseeing the financing of the Fund’s assets, facilitating joint ventures and structuring participation and senior/subordinate investments. In addition, Mr. Gutman assists with investment underwriting and analysis. Prior to joining Prime Finance, Mr. Gutman held various Real Estate Capital Markets and Real Estate Investment Banking roles with Citi, Macquarie ABN AMRO/LaSalle Bank and Fitch Ratings. Mr. Gutman completed the General Course at The London School of Economics and Political Science, graduated with honors from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a B.S. in Finance and has an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.

Gustavo Brillembourg, Senior Associate

Mr. Brillembourg is a Senior Associate with the Capital Markets team in the New York office. He graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2014 receiving a Bachelor of Arts with a major in European Studies and a minor in Financial Economics. Prior to graduation Gustavo interned at Boston Properties where he worked with both the leasing and development teams.

Da Cheng Liu, Analyst

Mr. Liu, who goes by DC, is an Analyst with the Capital Markets team in the New York office. He graduated from Cornell University’s SC Johnson College of Business, earning a Bachelor of Science with a major in Hotel Administration, a minor in Real Estate, and concentration in Investment Banking. Prior to graduation, DC interned at Verizon’s headquarters where he worked on their $26 billion real estate portfolio transactions and real estate asset downsizing strategic planning initiative. Prior to joining Prime Finance, DC was a Real Estate Portfolio Management Analyst at Verizon.

Eric Bass, Analyst

Mr. Bass is an Analyst with the Capital Markets team in the New York office. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2019 receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major of Real Estate & Urban Land Economics. Following graduation, Eric was a Junior Analyst at RXR Realty with the Capital Markets and Strategic Planning teams.

Josh Frieman, Principal and Chief Compliance Officer

Josh Frieman

In his role as a Principal for Prime Group, Mr. Frieman leads the accounting, investor relations and administrative teams for both Prime Residential and Prime Finance. He also serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for both Prime Finance and Prime Residential. Mr. Frieman joined Prime Group in 2005 and has been involved in all facets of real estate investment, finance and administration including leadership roles in over $5 billion of real estate transactions. Prior to that, he was an advisor to distressed businesses, overseeing numerous restructurings and liquidations. Earlier in his career, Mr. Frieman practiced corporate law with Latham & Watkins and served as the General Counsel for a start-up technology company. Mr. Frieman graduated with honors from University of California at Berkeley and Harvard Law School.

Dan Leonard, Senior Controller

Dan Leonard

Mr. Leonard is the Senior Controller for Prime Finance and Prime Group. He oversees ownership accounting, tax, and treasury functions for over $3.5 billion of assets. Prior to joining Prime Group in 2004 as Senior Controller, Dan was in charge of the U.S. accounting for Kumagi Gumi and Kabuto International, two large Japanese development companies. Spending approximately 10 years with each company, his experience includes the acquisition, finance, development, management, construction, operation, and sale of real estate. Dan is a graduate of the University of San Diego.

Brian Schneider, Managing Director

Brian Schneider

Mr. Schneider leads Prime Finance’s fund raising and investor relationships. Before joining Prime Finance, Mr. Schneider built and ran large real estate and real asset investment portfolios for Morgan Stanley AIP, Medley Partners, the University of Pennsylvania, as well as DuPont and TRW pension plans. Earlier in his career, Mr. Schneider worked at Prudential, MetLife and First Texas Savings in lending and asset management. Mr. Schneider holds a B. A. in Economics from Connecticut College and an MBA in Real Estate/Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.

Steven Sutton, Counsel

Steven Sutton

Mr. Sutton is Prime Group’s Counsel and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer. He is responsible for providing legal support to various Prime Group teams, as well as assisting the Chief Compliance Officer in designing and maintaining Prime Group’s compliance program. Prior to joining Prime Group, Mr. Sutton practiced corporate law at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP where he counseled private equity sponsors in fund formation and SEC registration and compliance matters. Mr. Sutton graduated from UCLA with honors and the UC Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) and is a member of the State Bar of California.

Malar Chin, Controller

Malar Chin

Ms. Chin is a Controller for Prime Finance. Prior to joining Prime Group in 2010 as a Senior Accountant, Malar began her career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where she was the auditor-in-charge of public, private and venture capital clients. Malar holds a B.A. in Business Management Economics from University of California, Santa Cruz and she is a certified public accountant.

Alexandra Walter, Director of Tax

Ms. Walter leads Prime Group’s tax function, having served and advised privately held businesses and their stakeholders for over ten years. Prior to joining Prime, Ms. Walter was most recently with a Private Investment Company and Family Office. She began her career in Public Accounting. Ms. Walter graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from Dartmouth College. She is a Certified Public Accountant in California.

Christopher Takata, Accounting Manager and Compliance Officer

Mr. Takata is an Accounting Manager and Compliance Officer for Prime Finance. Prior to joining Prime Finance in 2012, Chris worked as an Accounting Analyst for a small business in San Diego where he maintained the company’s books. Chris holds a B.S. in Management Science and a Professional Accounting Certificate from the University of California, San Diego.

Stephanie Feng, Senior Accountant

Ms. Feng is a Senior Accountant for Prime Finance. Prior to joining Prime Group in 2016, Stephanie began her career in public accounting at Deloitte & Touché where she was the senior auditor of real estate investment funds clients. Stephanie holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from University of San Francisco and she is a certified public accountant. 

Drew Markovich, Senior Accountant

Mr. Markovich is a Senior Accountant for Prime Finance.  Drew has been a member of Prime Group since 2012 and prior to joining Prime Finance in 2018, Drew worked for Prime Residential for 6 years in accounting.  Drew holds a B.A. in Business Management Economics from The University of California, Santa Cruz and has been an active licensed CPA since 2016.

Trista Lee, Senior Accountant

Trista Lee is a Senior Accountant for Prime Finance. Trista holds a B.S. in Accounting from San Francisco State University and she is a certified public accountant. Prior to joining Prime Group in 2018, Trista worked in public accounting at BPM, LLP where she was a tax senior of entity and individual tax returns.

Munhjin Togtohbayar, Staff Accountant

Ms. Togtohbayar is an accountant for Prime Finance. Prior to joining Prime Group in 2016, Munhjin began her career in public accounting as a tax accountant. Munhjin holds a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Ka Yan Lau, Staff Accountant

Ms. Lau is an accountant for Prime Finance. Prior to joining Prime Group in 2018, Ka Yan began her career as a tax associate at Green Hasson & Janks LLP. Ka Yan graduated from University of California, Los Angeles and holds a B.A. in International Development Studies with a minor in Accounting.

Yingqi Fan, Staff Accountant

Ms. Fan is an accountant for Prime Finance. Yingqi joined Prime Group in 2019 after she graduated from college. Yingqi holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Cynthia Marchesani, Investor Relations Associate

Ms. Marchesani is the Investor Relations Associate for Prime Group and is based in the San Francisco office. Prior to joining Prime in 2006, Cynthia handled operational and administrative duties for a project team at The Nature Conservancy – California. Cynthia holds a B.A. in Government from Oberlin College.

Kyle Destiche, Investor Relations Coordinator

Mr. Destiche is an Investor Relations Coordinator for Prime Group. Prior to joining Prime Group in 2018, he worked at 643 Capital Management on the Operations team coordinating the acquisitions of residential properties. Mr. Destiche holds a B.A. from San Francisco State University.
