Accounting Administrative Assistant

The Role:  The Accounting Administrative Assistant should have a strong educational background. At least three years of experience in accounting or business administration role is required and experience in the investment fund or commercial real estate industry is preferred.  The Accounting Administrative Assistant will interact with and support the Staff Accountants, Senior Accountants, and other Accountants and members of the management team.

Qualifications: Must have a B.A /B.S. in Accounting, Business Administration or related field. 3+ years of accounting, business administration, and/or commercial real estate experience. Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A can-do, positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and think outside of the box within a fast-paced environment.
